Preparation:
The pumpkin is cleaned well, the shell and the softest part of the
center are removed and then chopped. The potato is then peeled and

a pot adding virgin olive oil is put to heat and sauté the onion until
it changes color, add the ingredients and chopped and stirs well.

500 gr. Clean pumpkin
400 ml of cream for cooking
600 ml chicken broth
100ml white wine

or bought and simmered for about 20 minutes until the pumpkin is

simmer for a couple of minutes until it grips the desired thickness.

preparation, start by preparing the vegetables, peeling and chopping
