Once the same is sautéed, the white wine is poured waiting for the alcohol to evaporate. Add the chicken or vegetable broth, which can be homemade or bought and simmered for about 20 minutes until the pumpkin is softened.

When it is to the point, the blender is used until a homogeneous mixture and salt is applied to taste, adding finally the cream to cook and keeping a simmer for a couple of minutes until it grips the desired thickness.

Finally you can accompany the pumpkin cream with a little chopped chives, and serve it very hot.
